BOOKING YOUR YACHT IS VERY EASY

  2. Make the reservation of your yacht, send us proof of payment via WhatsApp, by the same way we will send you your confirmation and the location of the marina.
  3. The day of your trip, show up at the marina 10 minutes before your departure with the digital confirmation, complete the payment of your yacht and you are ready for the adventure!

CANCELLATION OF PRE-BOOKED RESERVATION

We understand that sometimes unforeseen events arise, and it can be difficult or impossible to follow the planned schedule, for that reason we allow us to reschedule with a minimum of 8 days’ notice prior to the scheduled date for the tour. **Subject to availability.

In case the reservation is cancelled due to weather conditions, our priority will always be to maintain the safety of our clients, these cancellations are made exclusively by Port Captaincy & Marina, which will be notified as soon as the local authorities issue the official communications, in these cases due to the conditions that do not allow a safe trip, we guarantee to reschedule the tour as soon as possible or in such case a full refund of the tour payment will be made.
